Solution:

다른 버전의 org.w3c.dom.Node를 사용하여 나오는 문제.

JRE System Library를 다른 라이브러리들보다 우선순위를 위로 올리면 된다. 그러면 해당 클래스를 우선순위가 높은 JRE에 있는 파일로 사용할 것이다.
